Traveling places and tracking the changes which have occurred in the Indian retail and consumer landscape in the last 4 decades disturbed the mind. The damage mankind is causing to the environment by using chemicals or plastics for packaging was the first wave of change. Second, was the advent of single use plastics in our daily lives for quick handout of food or any items. Third, the consumption spree we see now in Qcommerce where the Gen Z and Gen Alpha are ordering food for their daily needs. The trend is only increasing showing that there isn’t enough being thought or done about the environment. This is our bit to change the mindset of the consumers and instill the thought that choosing sustainable materials for own use can contribute in a big way. Food packaging choice for one time is one such scenario we picked to address first.
